Shipping & Returns

Delivery Charges 

The charges below are for delivery to mainland UK addresses only.

Return & Exchange Policy

Our return & exchange policy is valid for 30 days from receipt of delivery. If the 30 days have elapsed since your purchase, we unfortunately will not be able to offer any refund or exchange.

 

To be eligible for a return or excahnge, you must notify Thingamajigs via email within 3 days of receiving your delivery of goods. Your item/s must be unused and in the same condition that you received them. It must also be in the original packaging.

 

To complete your return, we will require your order number, which will be found on your invoice.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

 

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted,which will be at Thingamajigs discretion : 

* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. 

 

Late or missing refunds 

If you haven’t received a refund within 5 working days, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at thingamajigstoys@outlook.com, please include your order number in the email. 

 

Sale items will not be eligible for a refund or exchange. Unless there is a manufacturing defect or an error on our part. 

 

Exchanges/Replacments

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  All exchanges/replacements must be notified to us via email at thingamajigstoys@outlook.com an exchange note will be issued and sent back to you which you must include with your shipment.

Returns

To return your product, you must notify to us via email at thingamajigstoys@outlook.com a return note will be issued and sent back to you which you must include with your return. 

 

You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

When shipping an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. You are responsible for the safe return of any items to Thingamajigs. 

We will send a confirmation email that advises that the item/s have been received and that your refund or exchange is being actioned.
